About the role

Jobot’s Transaction Advisory Services practice supports private equity and corporate clients with financial, IT and tax due diligence, business analytics, and technical accounting matters related to mergers, divestitures, and acquisitions (M&A). The practice works across Business Services, Consumer Food and Retail, Healthcare, Industrials, and Technology.

This role provides exposure to a variety of industries on an investment banking platform and to the broader corporate finance industry and capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Perform M&A financial due diligence related to the purchase and sale of private and public companies.
• Support clients with financial due diligence, business analytics, and technical accounting matters associated with corporate mergers, divestitures, and acquisitions.
