Key Responsibilities Host engaging video calls, creating a welcoming atmosphere for participants. Prepare session materials ahead of time to enhance the experience. Interact actively with audiences to build community engagement. Manage technical aspects and troubleshoot minor video call issues. Collaborate with content teams to develop exciting session themes. Collect and analyze participant feedback to improve future sessions. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor during all video interactions. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication skills with a friendly, engaging presence. Experience in public speaking or hosting virtual events is a plus. Comfortable using video conferencing software and digital tools. Previous customer-facing experience preferred. Industry-standard communication training or certification is beneficial. At least 1 year of experience in a similar hosting role preferred. This position reports to the Senior Content Manager and works closely with marketing and editorial teams.
