Interact with audiences to build community and engagement. Manage technical aspects and troubleshoot minor issues during calls. Collaborate with content teams to develop exciting session themes. Collect and analyze participant feedback for continuous improvement. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor on video. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication skills with a friendly, engaging style. Experience in public speaking or virtual event hosting is a plus. Comfortable using video conferencing software and digital tools. Customer-facing experience preferred. Communication training or certification is beneficial. Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role preferred. This part-time position reports to the Senior Content Manager and collaborates with marketing and editorial teams.
