Key Responsibilities Edit video footage to produce captivating content for multiple platforms, maintaining high production quality. Collaborate closely with real estate agents and construction teams to accurately represent properties and projects visually. Utilize advanced video editing software to enhance footage with transitions, sound, effects, and graphics. Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions to develop innovative video concepts. Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met without sacrificing quality. Incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine and improve video outputs effectively. Maintain an organized archive of raw and edited video content for easy retrieval and reference. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Film, Media Production, or related field. Proven video editing experience, especially within real estate or construction sectors. Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent. Strong storytelling skills with the ability to present technical information in an engaging manner. Minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience preferred.
