Key Responsibilities
- Edit footage into polished, engaging videos for multiple platforms while maintaining high production standards.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and construction teams to understand project goals and represent properties and projects accurately.
- Use professional editing software to add transitions, sound, effects, and graphics.
- Contribute creative concepts and ideas during video project planning sessions.
- Manage schedules and deliverables to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Review stakeholder feedback and refine video content accordingly.
- Organize and maintain libraries of raw footage and finished video assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Film or Media Production.
- Proven video editing experience, preferably in real estate or construction.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or comparable editing software.
- Strong visual storytelling skills, including the ability to present technical information in an engaging way.
- At least three years of relevant experience preferred.
- Motion graphics experience is a plus.
