Job description
Tasks
- troubleshoot end-to-end video device issues
- investigate production incidents
- perform source-code debugging
- improve software release quality across a large device ecosystem
Requirements
- Strong C/C++, Python, and Linux debugging
- Networking protocols and packet capture analysis
- Log analysis and monitoring using ELK, Splunk, and Grafana
- AWS S3, Athena, QuickSight, SQL, and device telemetry
- Anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, and DevOps automation
- Bash/Go scripting, Git/GitHub, and Jira
- Technical leadership or mentoring experience
