Virtual Assistant and Bookkeeper - Remote in the United States

Global Assurance is hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant and Bookkeeper for a remote position open to candidates located in the United States. Pay is $20 per hour. In this role, you will support administrative operations and bookkeeping while helping teams maintain accurate financial records and complete business projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administrative tasks to support efficient office operations.
• Handle bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to prepare documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Communicate with clients and vendors to answer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Maintain accurate financial transaction records and assist with report preparation.
• Support project-specific tasks as assigned by management.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bookkeeping or related financial experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Work Environment

You will collaborate with team members and departments to gather information, support project work, and help ensure administrative duties and financial records are maintained accurately. You will report to management.
