Key Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and proficiency levels. Conduct virtual classes using interactive online platforms to ensure a dynamic and inclusive learning experience. Provide continuous feedback and assessments to monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement. Utilize diverse teaching methods and resources to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. Collaborate with fellow educators and participate in professional development to improve instructional practices. Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and virtual classroom dynamics. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with students. Proficiency in lesson planning and virtual classroom management. Experience using online teaching tools and platforms. Preferred certifications such as TEFL, TESOL, or relevant language qualifications. Minimum of 2 years of virtual teaching experience is highly desirable.
