REQUIREMENT
• Minimum 3 years hands-on visa processing experience
• Strong knowledge of embassy procedures in Dhaka
• Good English and Bengali
• Computer literacy
• Accuracy is a must — all documents are AI-checked before submission, so files must be error-free

(From caption) Responsibilities:
File setup and document organisation for visa processing
Arrange ticket bookings, hotel bookings and travel itineraries neatly for each file and make it submission-ready
Keep all client documents properly organised and set up, so nothing has to be requested from the client again later
Coordinate with embassies and applicants
Stay current with changing embassy requirements
Guide the team on complex cases
