About the role

Confidential is seeking a visual merchandiser with retail experience, preferably with lifestyle brands.

Requirements

• Male, 24–35 years old.
• Proven experience as a visual merchandiser in retail, preferably with lifestyle brands.
• Strong understanding of MINISO brand aesthetics, customer engagement, and in-store visual presentation standards.
• Creative mindset, excellent attention to detail, and strong visual storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of store layout planning, product placement, color coordination, and promotional display techniques.
• Ability to create attractive window displays, promotional zones, and seasonal merchandising concepts.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, including the ability to coordinate effectively with the store operations team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing campaigns and seasonal trends.
