Job description
Requirements
- Experience with NetSapiens and VoIP switches.
- Experience with Linux and Ubuntu servers.
- Hands-on experience with network equipment, including switches and routers; Cisco is preferred.
- Kamailio SBC experience.
- API integration experience and knowledge of virtual environments.
- Strong ability to collaborate with customers and co-workers to isolate and resolve SIP, Hosted PBX, and network-related issues.
- Excellent skills in maintaining service records and maintenance schedules.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
