Job description

FSN Staffing is hiring on behalf of a U.S.–based company, Field Services Network (FSN), for experienced Telephony / VoIP Technicians. This is a fast-hire, full-time role with consistent work in Atlanta, Georgia.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and support VoIP systems, SIP, PBX, and IP phones.
  • Troubleshoot call quality, network, and connectivity issues to ensure optimal telephony performance.
  • Work with routers, switches, and structured cabling to maintain telephony infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with VoIP, SIP, PBX, or IP telephony systems.
  • Basic networking knowledge including LAN/WAN and TCP/IP protocols.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service abilities.
