馃實 Global Volunteer Opportunity: Podcast Team About the International Humanity Foundation (IHF) The International Humanity Foundation (IHF) is an international non-profit organization (NGO) dedicated to empowering marginalized communities through education and grassroots leadership. With a mission rooted in transparency and shared stories, we connect global volunteers with the resilient communities of Kenya, Thailand, and Indonesia . Role Overview: "The Narrative Unit" The Podcast Team is the storytelling heart of IHF鈥檚 media division. This team works at the intersection of leadership and digital media, producing long-form audio content that dives into the philosophy of our work. By recording and editing conversations with the CEO and global leads, you help humanize our data and inspire a worldwide audience. Key Responsibilities Podcast Production: Assist in the scripting, recording, and post-production of CEO podcasts and leadership interviews. Content Repurposing: Identify high-impact audio clips to be used by the Social Media and Fundraising teams for global campaigns. Library Coordination: Manage the storage and organization of audio assets within the Media Box for use across all 40+ IHF teams. Leadership Training & Mentorship: Develop and lead training sessions for new members on "Interview Narrative Structure" and IHF鈥檚 specific brand voice. Qualifications & Requirements Storytelling Flair: A passion for narrative-driven content and digital media trends. Technical Interest: Basic knowledge of audio recording and digital storytelling (specific training on IHF software will be provided). Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely with a global team. Commitment: Willingness to volunteer time and contribute to a meaningful cause.
