Key Responsibilities Create and schedule compelling social media content across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and audience interactions; respond promptly to comments and messages. Collaborate with team members to develop innovative campaigns aligned with organizational goals. Analyze social media metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies. Research industry trends to keep content fresh, relevant, and engaging. Support event promotion and foster online community growth through targeted social media initiatives. Participate in team meetings to brainstorm content ideas and coordinate upcoming social media projects. Required and Preferred Qualifications Strong creativity with the ability to think outside the box. High School Diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic social media marketing concepts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous volunteer or social media experience is a plus but not required.
