Tasks

• Greet and serve customers with excellent service
• Take and manage orders, ensure timely delivery
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Assist with daily restaurant operations
• Support the management team and help with staff coordination and scheduling

Requirements

• Previous serving experience in a restaurant is preferred
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Leadership and team management skills
• Availability for full-time hours
• Must be reliable, responsible and work well under pressure
