Key Responsibilities Greet and escort guests to their tables warmly and professionally. Present menus, answer questions, and recommend dishes based on guest preferences. Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring quality and presentation meet standards. Check in with guests to confirm satisfaction and resolve any issues. Prepare tables by setting silverware, glassware, and condiments appropriately. Assist in cleaning and organizing the dining area to maintain hygiene and order. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and customer service skills. Previous waiter/waitress experience preferred but not required. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Must be at least 18 years old.
