Key Responsibilities

• Present menus, answer questions, and recommend dishes based on guest preferences.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards.
• Check in with guests to confirm satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
• Prepare tables by setting silverware, glassware, and condiments as needed.
• Assist in cleaning and organizing the dining area to maintain a hygienic environment.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
