Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, answer questions, and recommend food and beverages based on guest preferences.
• Accurately take orders and enter them into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, following standards for quality and presentation.
• Check on guests, confirm their satisfaction, and address service concerns.
• Set tables with silverware, glassware, and condiments.
• Help clean and organize the dining area and maintain a hygienic workspace.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Previous waiter, waitress, or restaurant service experience preferred; experience is not required.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
