Tasks

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and team performance
• Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and physical inventories
• Coordinate shipping, transportation, and distribution
• Manage U.S.–Mexico logistics and customs processes
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational performance
• Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, and inventory management experience
• Experience with U.S.–Mexico transportation, import/export, and customs
• Knowledge of warehouse systems and inventory control
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel to Mexico; valid passport required

Pay

• $85,000 – $90,000 PER YEAR
