Job description
Requirements
- 5–10 years of relevant IT support experience
- Experience supporting warehouse/distribution environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware and software
- Experience with RF devices, scanners, printers and WMS
- Familiarity with Windows environments and network connectivity
- Exposure to PLC/warehouse automation systems is highly valued
- Comfortable working directly on the warehouse floor
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities required in a warehouse environment
- Must be local to the Indianapolis/Plainfield area
