Hiring: Warehouse Manager

LOCATION: applicants residing in/near Bustos highly preferred
SALARY: ₱55,000 – ₱65,000 / month
SCHEDULE: Full-time | Day Shift (Mon-Fri, 7:40 AM - 4:30 PM)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Warehouse Receiving / Storage: Oversee receiving, storage, space utilization, cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and 5s layout
• Assembly/Inspection & Release Management: Assembly, Inspection & Release Management, ensuring accurate and timely QA coordination, defects/rework, and timely dealer release loading
• Leadership & Compliance: Lead operational teams, manage KPIs, oversee budgets/CAPEX, and enforce safety regulations
• Continuous Improvement: Drive Kaizen initiatives, root cause analysis, and standardized operational workflows

QUALIFICATIONS
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• Experience: 8+ years in warehouse operations, inventory control, or manufacturing support; 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Demographics: Male, 40-50 years old
• Skills: Hands-on leadership, inventory control systems, safety management, and strong problem-solving

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• Assembly/inspection / WMS systems knowledge
• Background in Japanese-affiliated manufacturing or multi-site warehouse operations
• Proficiency in Kaizen, 5S, visual management, and Japanese safety practices
