Warehouse Manager

Tasks

• Lead all daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Oversee a fast-paced distribution environment while driving productivity, accuracy, and operational excellence.
• Manage inbound and outbound freight and maintain high inventory accuracy.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop warehouse team members.
• Partner with Customer Service, Purchasing, and Sales to ensure smooth operations.
• Track KPIs and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and performance.
• Foster a positive, safety-focused, and team-oriented culture.

Requirements

• 3+ years of warehouse or distribution management experience.
• Experience leading teams in a distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Experience with WMS and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Preferred: Forklift Certification.
• Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Knowledge.
