Warehouse Service Manager

Hagen’s Lighting is looking for a dependable, highly organized Warehouse & Service Manager to oversee warehouse operations and assist customers with product service and troubleshooting. Responsibilities include managing warehouse operations, receiving shipments, labeling, organizing, preparing orders, maintaining warehouse, tracking products, handling shipping/receiving/returns, assisting customers with lighting fixtures, troubleshooting product issues, communicating with manufacturers, and maintaining records. Requirements include being organized, responsible, mechanically inclined, good with people, dependable, friendly, patient, detail-oriented, able to troubleshoot, communicate effectively, work independently, and perform physical warehouse tasks. Previous experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, electrical, lighting, appliance, HVAC, maintenance, mechanical, or customer service is helpful but not required.
