About the role
Hagen's Lighting is looking for a dependable, highly organized Warehouse & Service Manager to oversee warehouse operations and assist customers with product service and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse operations, including receiving shipments, labeling, organizing, preparing orders, and maintaining the warehouse.
- Track products and handle shipping, receiving, and returns.
- Assist customers with lighting fixtures and troubleshoot product issues.
- Communicate with manufacturers and maintain records.
Requirements
- Be organized, responsible, dependable, friendly, patient, and detail-oriented.
- Be mechanically inclined, good with people, able to troubleshoot and communicate effectively, and able to work independently.
- Be able to perform physical warehouse tasks.
- Previous experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, electrical, lighting, appliance, HVAC, maintenance, mechanical, or customer service is helpful but not required.
