Job description
Receive, inspect, and properly store pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
Maintain accurate inventory, batch/lot, expiry, and warehouse records.
Apply FEFO and ensure proper segregation of damaged, expired, returned, and quarantined products.
Prepare, check, pack, and dispatch customer orders.
Coordinate and supervise delivery riders and monitor deliveries.
Monitor warehouse/refrigerator temperatures and report deviations.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, organization, and security.
Coordinate with relevant departments and report warehouse concerns promptly.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
