About the role

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.

• Resolve warehouse-related issues, such as damaged stock or delayed shipments, in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory, shipment, and receipt documentation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
