Warehouse Supervisor

Tasks

• Oversee daily warehouse operations in a foreign trade zone and ensure production goals are met efficiently and safely.
• Support warehouse operations and functions under the Warehouse Manager
• Supervise and train warehouse staff
• Coordinate production schedules and ensure goals are met
• Accurately receive, prepare, and distribute materials
• Manage inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving
• Maintain documentation and enter data into warehouse systems
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Perform administrative duties and support continuous improvement

Requirements

• High School Diploma (minimum)
• At least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience
• Knowledge of warehouse management and inventory systems (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level)
• Ability to operate powered equipment and perform moderate lifting
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and work instructions
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
