Warehouse Team Lead

Tasks

• Coordinate daily work assignments and monitor team performance.
• Assist warehouse supervisors with team management, task distribution, and reporting operational issues.
• Track daily workflow and ensure assigned tasks are completed on schedule.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient working environment.
• Support team communication, recordkeeping, and basic system operations as directed by supervisors.
• Help improve team productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and a positive work attitude.
• Good teamwork skills and ability to follow operational instructions.
• Chinese fluency is required.
• Basic English communication skills preferred.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience or team leadership experience is a plus, but not required.

• Full-time position
• Six days p
