Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts safely to move products and materials throughout the warehouse. Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and document any discrepancies. Manage inventory levels and assist with regular stock counts to ensure accuracy. Prepare outgoing shipments by packing, labeling, and organizing merchandise for transport. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment to promote efficiency. Support the implementation of warehouse processes to improve productivity and streamline operations. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and fulfill customer requirements. Required and Preferred Qualifications Forklift operation experience and valid forklift certification preferred. Strong knowledge of shipping, packing, and inventory management procedures. Ability to receive and handle materials effectively. No formal education required; prior warehouse experience is a plus. Basic computer skills for documenting inventory and shipments.
