Key Responsibilities Develop and manage comprehensive webinar and event funnel strategies to boost engagement and conversion rates. Create tailored promotional content across multiple platforms to increase event attendance and participation. Design and optimize landing pages and registration forms to improve user experience and maximize conversions. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate event success and suggest actionable improvements. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of event goals with overall company objectives. Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders to guarantee smooth event execution. Deliver detailed post-event analysis and reports highlighting successes and areas for enhancement. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related discipline. Proven experience in event marketing or digital marketing, preferably with a focus on webinars. Strong knowledge of marketing funnels and customer journey mapping. Proficiency with webinar platforms and marketing automation tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
