Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive webinar and event funnel strategies to maximize audience engagement and conversion rates.
• Create targeted promotional content across multiple platforms to boost event attendance and participation.
• Design and optimize landing pages and registration forms to improve user experience and increase conversions.
• Analyze event performance metrics and KPIs to measure success and suggest actionable improvements.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure event objectives align with overall company goals.
• Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders to guarantee smooth event execution.
• Deliver detailed post-event analysis and reporting highlighting successes and areas for growth.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related discipline.
• Proven experience in event or digital marketing, preferably with a focus on webinars.
• Strong knowledge of marketing funnels and customer journey mapping.
• Proficiency with webinar platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is an advantage.
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, remote work environment.
