Webinar & Event Funnel Specialist (Freelance, Remote) – Mexico City

Vyagale’s Academy is seeking a proactive Webinar & Event Funnel Specialist for a freelance, remote role based in Mexico City, Mexico. Help strengthen our digital presence and customer engagement by planning high-quality webinars and events that attract audiences and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end webinar and event marketing funnels to increase attendance, engagement, and conversions.
• Create platform-specific promotional content that encourages event registration and participation.
• Build and optimize landing pages and registration forms to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Track performance metrics and KPIs, evaluate event outcomes, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align event strategies with company objectives.
• Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders for smooth event execution.
• Prepare post-event reports outlining results, successes, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in event marketing or digital marketing, preferably focused on webinars.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer journey mapping.
• Familiarity with webinar platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A creative, analytical approach and strong attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
