Weekend Sales Booking Support

We’re hiring WEEKEND SALES & BOOKING SUPPORT
RIH Motorbike Training is looking for a friendly, confident and organised person to join our team, providing weekend sales and booking support across our North West training sites.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming telephone enquiries
- Converting enquiries into bookings
- Taking and processing customer bookings
- Providing information on our CBT, DAS and other training courses
- Supporting customer with existing bookings
- Responding to general customer enquiries
- Working with our booking and instructor teams across all our RJH sites
- Delivering a professional, friendly and helpful customer experience

Your training will include:
- Answering telephone calls and booking customer enquiries
- Converting enquiries into bookings
- Taking and processing customer bookings

Work from home
Following your initial training, the position can be based at home, making it ideal for someone looking for regular weekend work without the need to travel into an office.
