About the role
RJH Motorbike Training is looking for a friendly, confident and organised person to provide weekend sales and booking support across its North West training sites. Following initial training, the position can be based at home.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone enquiries.
- Convert enquiries into bookings and take and process customer bookings.
- Provide information on CBT, DAS and other training courses.
- Support customers with existing bookings and respond to general customer enquiries.
- Work with the booking and instructor teams across all RJH sites.
- Deliver a professional, friendly and helpful customer experience.
