Weekend Yard Staff

Due to continued expansion and a growing waiting list, we are looking for an experienced, reliable and enthusiastic horse person to join our professional weekend team.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already has experience handling horses confidently and takes real pride in producing work to the highest standard.

🐴 Your duties will include:
• Mucking out to an exceptionally high standard
• Turning out and bringing in horses and ponies of all ages and temperaments
• Grooming, feeding and providing first-class daily horse care
• Preparing feeds, hay and water
• Maintaining the immaculate presentation of our yard and facilities
• Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of a busy professional equestrian yard

✅ The ideal candidate will:
• Be 18 years of age or over
• Have previous experience working with horses
• Be confident handling a wide variety of horses safely and calmly
• Have their own reliable transport
• Be hardworking, dependable and punctual
• Take pride in producing work of an exceptionally high standard
• Be friendly, professional and well presented
• Work well as part of a team while also being capable of working independently

🕖 Hours
Saturday & Sunday
7.00am – 11.00am
2.30pm – 5.00pm

💷 Rate of pay
Competitive and dependent on experience.
