Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on various metal types ensuring product integrity and durability.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to meet project specifications accurately.
• Conduct routine inspections of welds and equipment to uphold quality control standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production deadlines and project goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Document completed work and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring new welding staff when required.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Proficiency in MIG welding techniques is required.
• Previous welding experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
• Ability to work well within a team environment and communicate effectively.
