Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on various metals ensuring product integrity and durability.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately follow project specifications.
• Conduct routine inspections of welds and welding equipment to uphold quality control.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines and project objectives.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Document completed work and promptly report any discrepancies to supervisors.
• Assist in training and mentoring new welding staff as required.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Proficiency in MIG welding techniques is essential.
• Previous welding experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality assurance.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
