Welfare Services Manager

The Role: We are looking for an experienced health and social care professional to lead a regional personal welfare service across Yorkshire and the North East. You will manage and support a team of 2 Social Workers and 2 Social Work Assistants, overseeing casework and ensuring a high-quality, person-centred service for all our people and individuals with disabilities. The role combines team leadership, safeguarding, case management and service development, alongside working with clients and partner organisations across the region.
