Position overview:As a Wellbeing Facilitator you design, implement, and evaluate learning initiatives that promote both professional growth and mental wellbeing within the organization.
Key responsibilities:Develop and deliver comprehensive learning programs on mental health awareness, stress management, and psychological safetyLead the implementation and management of mental health first aid and ally programs regionallyCreate innovative learning experiences and facilitate workshops promoting open dialogue about mental healthDesign, maintain, and evaluate eLearning content in the Learning Management System (LMS)Provide regular monitoring and reporting on program effectiveness and completion ratesCollaborate with People & Culture and wellbeing teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals

Functional competencies:Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and their application in corporate settingsExpertise in instructional design and training delivery, with a focus on mental health and well-being topicsExcellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to handle sensitive topics effectivelyProficiency in creating engaging eLearning content and utilizing Learning Management SystemsCultural sensitivity and awareness to deliver training across diverse groupsAnalytical skills to evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven improvementsAbility to solve complex problems, taking a new perspective on existing solutions and exercising judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
Qualifications:3+ years of experience with a focus on mental health in the workplaceBachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Psychology, HR, Social Work, Occupational Health, or related fieldCertifications or qualifications in mental health and well-beingB2+ oral and written English
