Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective leads.
• Schedule appointments through outbound calls.
• Manage and organize lead follow-ups.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with prospects.
• Maintain consistent performance and work toward assigned targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Good verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, improve, and meet performance targets.
• Previous appointment-setting or call center experience is an advantage but not required.
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus, with potential opportunities for career growth and promotion.
• Must have a reliable internet connection.
• Must have a quiet and suitable home workspace.
• Must have your own computer or working device.
