Windows Server Administrator – MDM & PowerShellRemote – Mexico Contract
Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Windows Server Administrator with strong PowerShell scripting skills and hands-on experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM/UEM). The role focuses on automating application deployments, configuring Windows environments, troubleshooting endpoint issues, and managing corporate and BYOD devices across multiple operating systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks, application deployments, and Windows configurations.Administer and troubleshoot Windows desktops, operating systems, and server environments.Manage MDM/UEM platforms, including device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployments.Support Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android devices.Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions.Prepare technical specifications, prioritize requests, and provide timely status updates.Troubleshoot endpoint, application, email, network profile, and device enrollment issues.Required QualificationsStrong PowerShell scripting skills for automation; experience with VBS, CMD, or Python is an added advantage.Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.Hands-on experience administering enterprise MDM/UEM solutions.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune or Workspace ONE UEM (Omnissa), including device compliance, configuration profiles, application deployment, automation, and reporting.Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and Intune App Protection Policies.Excellent troubleshooting, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience managing Apple and Android devices, Apple Business Manager (ABM), and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE).Knowledge of PKI, certificates, SCEP/PKCS connectors, Wi-Fi/VPN profiles, and Mobile Threat Defense (MTD).Exposure to Okta, ITIL processes, Citrix DaaS, VMware Horizon, SQL, MDT, WDS, WSUS, or SCCM.
