Winter Grounds Maintenance Workers

Tasks

• Perform seasonal winter property maintenance services at the employer's shop and at residential and commercial customer properties.
• Remove snow and ice from sidewalks, walkways, entryways, stairs, ramps, and other pedestrian access areas primarily by hand using shovels, snow pushers, ice chippers, and similar hand tools. (40% of time will be focused on these tasks)
• As an incidental part of snow removal duties, operate employer-provided pickup trucks equipped with front-mounted snowplows to clear designated driveways, access lanes, and small parking areas. (10% of time will be focused on these tasks)
• Apply salt, sand, and other de-icing materials to maintain safe pedestrian and vehicle access. (15% of time will be focused on these tasks)
• Perform winter property cleanup by removing storm debris, fallen branches, leaves, and other seasonal debris from customer properties. (12% of time will
