Winter Services Technician

Tasks

• Keep the outside of both private commercial buildings (office buildings, retail centers, etc.) and residential buildings in clean and orderly condition by removing snow and leaves from sidewalks, driveways, yards, or parking areas, using snow shovels, snow blowers, leaf blowers, rakes, ice chippers, or salt spreaders; gather and empty trash and debris by hand or with a trash picker; fall/winter st
• Clean and perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools when not in use.

Requirements

• Visa required: H-2B
• Must lift/carry 60 lbs., when necessary.
• Post-hire random drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers.
• Job requires considerable stooping and kneeling.

Schedule

• From Dec 21, 2026 to Apr 15, 2027
• Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary.
• Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business

Pay

• $19.19 per hour
