Winter Services Technician

Tasks

• Keep the outside of both private commercial buildings (office buildings, retail centers, etc.) and residential buildings in clean and orderly condition by removing snow and leaves from sidewalks, driveways, yards, or parking areas, using snow shovels, snow blowers, leaf blowers, rakes, ice chippers, or salt spreaders.
• Gather and empty trash and debris by hand or with a trash picker.
• Fall/winter storm cleanup including clearing debris from grounds.
• Dormant tree/shrub winter pruning.
• Clean and perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools when not in use.

Requirements

• Visa required: H-2B.
• Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary.
• Employer-paid post-hire upon suspicion of use and post-accident drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers.
• Must have the ability to work outside in all weather conditions.

Schedule

• From Dec 1, 2026 to Mar 25, 2027.
• Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary.

Pay

• $19.69 per hour.
