WE’RE HIRING! WIRE CUTTER / WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Starting pay $20/hr

MONDAY - FRIDAY
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Overtime may be required

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Cut, inspect, package and prepare wire/cable for shipping and in fast-paced warehouse environment.
Accuracy Matters!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Measure and cut wire/cable of differing sizes and weights with accuracy.
Fill out lot cards accurately (basic addition and subtraction skills required).
Responsible for quality control to ensure no damaged product is sent out or brought in.
Verify all equipment is in safe working condition and calibrated as needed.
Verify and package products for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling).
Stage product for loading.
Load and unload product from trucks.
Move wire/cable to warehouse rack storage and move waste to dumpsters when needed.
Complete daily logs for equipment.
Clean and maintain a safe working area.
Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and OSHA safety standards.
Other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
6 months or more of related experience and/or training is preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic reading, writing, and math skills required.
Manual agility required for operating machinery and handling small parts.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
