OVERTIME MAY BE REQUIRED

$20/HR

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Cut, inspect, package and prepare wire/cable for shipping and in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Measure and cut wire/cable of differing sizes and weights with accurate.
- Fill out lot cards accurately (basic addition and subtraction skills required).
- Responsible for quality control to ensure no damaged product is sent out or brought in.
- Verify all equipment is in safe working condition and calibrated as needed.
- Verify and package product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling, handling).
- Stage product for loading.
- Load and unload product from trucks.
- Move wire/cable to warehouse rack storage and move waste to dumpsters when needed.
- Complete daily logs for equipment.
- Clean and maintain a safe working area.
- Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and OSHA safety standards.
- Other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Six months or more of related experience and/or training is preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills required
- Forklift certification a plus
- Manual agility required for operating machinery and handling small parts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
