Workday HCM Program/Project Manager

Tasks

• Lead multiple M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) initiatives involving HCM integration and separation across Workday and UKG platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors while managing project timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, stakeholder communications, and Day 1 readiness across multiple concurrent projects.

• Program/Project Management
• 7+ years of program/project management experience
• HCM implementation or transformation experience
• Hands-on experience with Workday and/or UKG
• M&A integration, divestiture, or carve-out experience
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage complex programs in fast-paced environments
