Job description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• End-to-end ownership of the scheduling process, including forecasting, schedule construction, shift bidding, and hourly/daily/weekly adjustments.
• Forecast short-, medium-, and long-term staffing needs based on business trends, seasonality, and historical data.
• Monitor intraday performance and service levels, making real-time staffing decisions to address operational needs.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, team meetings, coaching sessions, and other offline activities.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure workforce planning strategies are aligned with business priorities.
