Tasks
- Coordinate workforce assignments across active and upcoming projects
- Maintain workforce plans and identify resource gaps
- Support recruitment and onboarding efforts for field employees
- Build strong relationships with Superintendents, Foremen, and project teams
Requirements
- Experience in workforce coordination, scheduling, recruitment, or construction operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Construction industry experience is an asset
