Makati CBD | 100% Onsite
Ensure adequate manpower per shift
Maintain the right number of people at work, on time.
Manage schedules
Prepare and balance work schedules, shifts, and rest days.
Monitor attendance compliance
Track attendance, absences, and schedule adherence.
Enforce policies
Address non-compliance and apply disciplinary action when needed.
Experience in workforce management, scheduling, timekeeping, or 24/7 operations (BPO/Call Center) is preferred.
