Key Responsibilities Manage video editing tasks for various projects, ensuring all content meets brand standards and quality requirements. Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to understand project objectives and deliver compelling narratives. Utilize editing software to cut, enhance, and polish video footage, adding graphics, music, and sound effects as needed. Review and integrate feedback from stakeholders to refine video edits and ensure alignment with project goals. Maintain an organized video library and file management system to ensure easy access and retrieval of assets. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing and YouTube content creation. Monitor video performance metrics to assess viewer engagement and suggest improvements for future projects. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma with relevant experience in video editing. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Strong understanding of YouTube platform best practices and optimization strategies. Creativity and storytelling skills with an eye for detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Certification in video production or related fields is a plus. 1-3 years of experience in video editing or a related role is preferred.
