Zscaler Engineer/Network Engineer

Tasks

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex Zscaler issues.
• Resolve network connectivity and performance problems through root cause analysis.
• Monitor Zscaler service performance, availability, and operational health.
• Maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and support procedures.
• Support incident response, problem management, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Assist with new network security implementations and project delivery.
• Collaborate with network engineers, security architects, and cloud teams.
• Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to support teams.

Requirements

• 6–8 Years
• Zscaler Cloud Security Services
• Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA)
• Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
• Network Engineering & Security
• Zscaler Deployment, Configuration & Administration
• Network Connectivity & Performance Troubleshooting
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Incident Response & Problem Management
• Network Security Operations
• Technical Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
• Experience with network security implementations and upgrades.
• Experience collaborating with network, cloud, and security architecture teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Candidates currently in Canada
