Delivering/Distribution of cleaning material to different DRT regional offices as per request.. Ensure the listing of stock in transit and signing of delivery notes by respective receiver.. Weekly collection and delivering of either 22-seater passenger or 2tons truck for the unit to be used by team, from G-fleet.. Ensure the vehicle is inspected before and after collection and return.. Ensure the logbook is properly filled after each trip.. Drive the directorate officials as and when requested either for training or regional office overtime visit.. Drive the directorate officials with 22-seater for funerals out of the province, ie Venda; Northwest and Limpopo.. Assist in facilitation of the vehicle request from G-fleet for various use.. Assist in delivering documents and other items as and when requested to assist for various unites, ie HOD office and Taxi Commission at Emoyeni.
