Stock shelves, ensuring that proper inventory levels are displayed. Greet and assist customers on time. Resolve issues and complaints made by customers in an efficient and professional manner. Build customer confidence by listening to their concerns and giving feedback.

Performs a variety of receiving, stocking activities; stores and distributes. Supplies and maintains inventory and stock records.. Primarily responsible for food preparation, execution of basic cooking techniques and completeness of all food orders. Also, it performs daily inventory and safe keep of products. Adheres to food safety and good manufacturing practices.

Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu.. Work together with the kitchen team to prepare foods such as sandwiches, pizza, soups, and salads while following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements.. Communicate effectively with team members and management to create work schedules, train new employees, and resolve any interpersonal issues as needed.

Bring out complimentary hot bread and cold honey cinnamon butter after seating.. Anticipate needs so guests never have to ask for anything.. Taking Orders and Sales. Know the menu inside and out, including steaks, sides, and daily specials.. Show good salesmanship by suggesting specific drinks, add-ons, and desserts.. Use the POS system accurately to punch in food and bar orders.. Follow alcohol rules carefully when serving beer, wine, or mixed drinks.. Teamwork and Section Care. Help team members and server assistants run food or clear tables when needed.. Keep the station clean and wiped down throughout the shift.. Handle cash and credit payments correctly at the end of the meal.. Follow strictly appearance guidelines, such as tucking in shirts, completing the uniform, such as a wine opener, 3 pieces of click pens, 3 pieces of lighters, and a server pad.
