Also being very clear and very descriptive, try to put in as much details in emails or text messages or instant messages just to make sure all the details and all the whatever we have talked about or we need to talk about or the plans are detailed enough so everybody is clear on what's being done.
I give out as many detailed instructions and being patient, giving as much information and step-by-step instructions so the person on the other end can be sure what to do and be very descriptive on what they should be looking for and what they should be clicking on.
I've done several remote jobs, remote assistant jobs, and I've used everything from Google remote desktop to spelling out the instructions and giving instructions over the phone just to assist with someone, assist someone with their technical issues or other issues, accessing websites or doing some other tasks.
That's my introduction. I've done a lot of tech work. I've done technical support, functional test support. I've done creative work. I've attended clients in both English and Spanish. I have no problem going bilingual, as you can see, and my experience is mostly with attending people doing customer service. I love doing that, helping others resolve their issues, and I always up for a challenge to resolve new ones.
I've worked with a lot of tech jobs, tech roles. I've picked up a lot of software. I've learned it pretty quickly, so I'm pretty adept at working with new software if I don't know it, but I can learn it really quick and I can investigate with uh there's a lot of resources now that I can help with learning it uh quicker.
Again, in my functional test role, I worked a lot with the tool crib department to pick up materials, supplies for the testing. I also did send out some testing material to other engineering areas, so I had to actually do deliveries, so both send out a delivery for of materials. So just with clear communication and a lot of emails and just scheduling a time for when it was assured that they would be there or I would be there to deliver or for them to send the material to us or have someone specific to send it to us to deliver to us.
