Academic Advisor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Academic Advisor with a strong educational background, excellent English proficiency, and proven experience in teacher training and academic coordination.
The ideal candidate is passionate about education, highly organized, and thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
As part of our academic team, you will play a key role in guiding schools through the implementation of educational programs, designing tailored academic interventions, and supporting teachers and school leaders in achieving their goals. You will work closely with school leadership to understand their unique contexts, develop customized action plans, and deliver impactful training sessions for educators.

Key Responsibilities:Provide academic guidance and support to partner schools.Design and deliver teacher training and coaching sessions.Collaborate with school leaders to plan and implement academic strategies.Travel frequently to various regions to support school teams on-site.
Requirements:Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 or above).Minimum 1 year of experience in academic coordination and teacher development.Strong classroom experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High availability to travel nationally and/or internationally.Own vehicle
