Account Executive

The Account Executive builds and maintains strong client relationships, connecting clients with the creative and digital media teams. The role helps bring client ideas to life, supports client satisfaction and may help attract new business. It requires anticipating obstacles, acting with urgency, addressing client concerns and feedback, and managing expectations while delivering projects by deadline.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact between clients and the internal team, coordinating day-to-day execution of events, advertising campaigns, digital media, productions and other client-requested initiatives.
• Work under the supervision of the Account Manager and provide ongoing visibility into account progress, decisions and needs.
• Coordinate assigned projects from kickoff through completion, following up on timelines, deliverables, approvals, budgets and next steps.
• Keep the Account Manager informed of relevant client communications, decisions, requested changes and situations that may affect a project.
• Ensure client requests and services are completed and delivered on time and under budget, while staying in close communication with the creative and media team.
