Account Executive Corporate Exhibit Design

Our client is a leading Puerto Rico-based company specializing in the design, fabrication, and rental of modular exhibits for trade shows and conventions. They are looking for an Account Executive to lead client relationships and manage projects from start to finish - from brief to on-site delivery.
What You'll Do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire project lifecycleTranslate functional and branding briefs into clear directives for internal design and production teamsCoordinate all project phases: concept development, design, production, logistics, setup, and deliveryPrepare art panels and ensure brand application meets client standardsBe on-site during installations and setups at events and conventionsManage multiple accounts and projects with strong attention to detail and deadline adherence
What We're Looking For:
Experience in an agency, events firm, or creative/production services companyProven track record managing corporate clients and overseeing projectsFully bilingual (Spanish/English) — professional-level communication in both languagesAbility to interpret creative and functional briefs and turn them into actionable deliverablesKnowledge of brand management and graphic art applicationAvailability for fieldwork, extended hours, and weekends based on event schedulesOwn vehicle required
