Descripción del empleo
Sales Representative — Genetic Testing Industry | Argentina (Remote)Full-Time, 40 hrs/week | PST (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | Long-Term Contract
About the RoleOur client is a US-based genetic testing and research company that uses AI to analyze DNA, predict disease risk, and deliver personalized health insights. They are expanding their Argentina-based remote sales team and need a proven closer — someone who has already managed high-value B2B deals with US or European clients and can hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time. This is not an entry-level or training role. The right candidate comes in with a strategy, a track record, and the drive to execute from day one.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle independently: prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiation, and closing — no hand-holdingClose high-value B2B deals ranging from $100,000 to $2,000,000 with US and international clientsBuild and manage a structured pipeline with disciplined follow-up and CRM trackingDeliver professional presentations and demos via video call in EnglishConduct outbound outreach via phone and email; respond to inbound leads with urgencyEngage Spanish-speaking markets with a focus on the Argentine and broader LATAM market when applicableSpeak confidently about genetic testing and genomics concepts with clients and stakeholders
RequirementsMinimum 4 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated history of closing deals — not just prospecting or pipeline supportProven closing experience with US and/or European clients — you must be able to walk through specific deals, deal sizes, and outcomes in the interviewAdvanced English proficiency (C1+ minimum) — clear, professional, and confident on video calls and written communication; this is non-negotiableFull sales cycle ownership — from lead generation through contract signature, independently managedStable work history — minimum 2 years per role on average; frequent job changes are a disqualifying factorComfortable with a base + commission structure with no guaranteed commission — this must be clearly understood before applyingStrong self-management: able to prioritize, track, and move multiple deals forward without supervision
QualificationsBackground in biology, genetics, life sciences, biotech, or a related scientific field (preferred)Prior experience selling genomics, genetic testing, diagnostics, or healthcare technology (preferred)Existing network in healthcare, genomics, or diagnostics that can accelerate market entrySpanish proficiency for LATAM client engagementExperience navigating complex sales cycles with technical buyers (lab directors, physicians, researchers)
Ideal CandidateYou have closed real deals — with real clients, real dollar amounts, and a real process you can describe step by step. You do not need to be walked through the market or the product from scratch; you learn fast and sell confidently. Your English is strong enough to lead a high-stakes video call with a US client. You have stayed in your roles long enough to build something, and you have results to show for it. A background in life sciences or genomics puts you at the top of the list, but it does not replace closing ability. If you cannot point to specific deals you have closed with US or European clients, this role is not the right fit at this time.
